I highly recommend Dr. Menendez!!! I chipped a crown while vacationing in FL and had great reservation about going to a dentist I had never met. Not only did Dr. Menandez and staff warmly welcome me, but he thoroughly explained what my options were and took care of my tooth without attempting to “sell” me on further treatment. If I had planned to be in Florida long enough, I would have had him completely replace my crown. I trusted him and felt comfortable with him immediately! I can’t say enough! I will make Dr. Menendez my dentist when I begin snow birding in FL! Thank you, Dr. Mendez and staff!

Tony and team are awesome. My first meeting with Tony was a rescue job due to another very inept dentist. He very calmly explained what he could accomplish immediately to allow me to eat comfortably and the plan once my immediate concern was dealt with. He was excellent at addressing my emotional stress due to the botch work by previous dentist. I am very happy that I found him and his team.

Can’t say enough about this office. I have been in the dentist office since I was a little kid. I wasn’t blessed with the best of teeth. Dr Menendez is a very competent and caring physician. I once had a bad experience with a dentist so I know the difference between a good and not so good dental experience. My wife and special needs son also go to Dr Menendez for their dental health. If you are searching for a new dentist or are new to the area I strongly suggest Dr Menendez.

After three of my friends from church experienced the expertise and compassion of Dr. Tony, I decided to go. (I had another dentist destroy my mouth, keep my money and not do what his contract said he would do. It’s been a nightmare for me!!) Dr. Tony actually loves his work. He is very caring. He is so knowledgeable. He is gentle. He is professional. He teaches dentistry! One woman had her complete mouth redone. After he was done, she brought him a former picture of herself with her smiling. She looks exactly like that picture, and he had nothing to work with….Dr. Tony did it all through his expertise. Without giving all the details, I have had extensive work over the years done by different dentists…. this man far surpasses anyones work ethic, knowledge or care above any dentists that you will ever go to.!! I cracked a molar and needed a fix, the sooner the better as the tooth was broken (note: Doc mentioned that there were some issues with this molar in my previous check-up). I called Dr Tony's office on Monday and got in on Tuesday, thanks to a cancellation. The doc was able to provide a temp cap and get me back to a comfortable chew. The office and staff are great to work with, and when I don't have an emergency, I visit twice a year for check-ups and cleaning.

I am 80 years old. I had noticed over the last five years that my front teeth were sticking out more and had separated. Friends who had not seen me recently were shocked when they saw my now "buck teeth". I was told at a routine checkup, that my one front tooth had substantial bone loss and needed to be extracted. and the movement of my teeth was due to a posterior prolapse. My dentist initially was going to have me have an extraction, bone graft and inplant for that tooth but that was going to take about a year and it would not resolve the protrusion. My dentist referred me to Dr. Menendez to find out what he could do as the work exceeded my original dentist's "bandwidth". Well I couldn't have landed at a better dentist! Dr. Menendez worked closely with me and assured me that he would not be satisfied until I was happy. And happy is an understatement! Dr. Menendez saved me many months of delay and avoided an incovenient temporary "flipper" that was proposed under the original plan and the results of my new smile get compliments regularly. The shape, color and overall appearance is perfect! The office staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Menendez is gentle, thoughtful, and the best dentist I have ever known.

Twas the Friday afternoon before Christmas, and all through the town, not a dentist would work, for filling or crown. My tooth had broken, and none of them cared, but who knew that Dr Menendez would dutifully be there? He made me feel worthy of being seen, and was so skillful, so professional, so adept, there is no one else in his league. He is, indeed, my Christmas miracle.

Easily the best dentist in Port Charlotte I’m 43 years old I’ve had a lot of dental work in my life I’ve never had anyone as thorough kind and gentle handed as Tony. I’ve always been petrified of the numbing shots but when he gives them to you you can barely tell it’s happening he’s amazing give him a call the staff is incredible I will go to no one else ever.

To say that I am satisfied with this office would be an understatment. For the first time, I feel like my teeth are in good hands. Dr. Menendez and Tammy are truly exceptional when it comes to the knowledge of Dentistry. This team will take their time to get to the root of the problem (no pun intended) instead of just masking it. You can tell they take pride in their work, and believe it's important to explain each step of the process. I have had TMJ problems for quite some time now, and have seen multiple dentists. Dr. Menendez and Tammy are the first to try and get to the source of my problem (my jaw, muscles, and joints), rather than throwing a night guard on the treatment plan and calling it fixed. This is going to imporve my QOL/sleep trememdously. I am extremely pleased and truly very thankful.

I've only had one appt here to evaluate a TMJ/jaw concern I had. I have no prior knowledge on the subject and Tony Menendez spent an hour with me explaining his process for the exam, each step, and future plans or an orthotic I can get to help me long term. Everyone who worked there was very pleasant to talk to and helpful.

Had my first appointment today after several years and lots of fear. The staff is absolutely amazing and Dr. Menendez was awesome! Very good at explaining what needed to be done! 10/10 recommend this office! From the front office to the chair, you will be in good hands!

I cracked a molar while eating a bowl of (appropriately named) Raisin Bran Crunch. I went to my dentist and he advised to extract the entire tooth as the fracture was just below my gum line. He referred me to an oral surgeon. However, the surgeon was booked solid for two months. I did not want to wait that long as it was quite painful to eat. Luckily, I found Tony Menendez. He offered another option. He removed just a piece of the tooth. I have a follow up appointment for a crown that he will lengthen to extend a few millimeters below my gum line. This will save me thousands of dollars, months of recovery time, and presumably much pain. In the meantime it does not hurt to eat. Thanks for your compassion and skill Dr, Menendez!

Dr Tony is a true master of his craft, and his staff are top tier. I’ve had very terrible experiences with dentists offices in the past and having him do work on my teeth has completely restored my good outlook on dentistry. He’s so cautious and precise with his work you’d think he’s been doing it for 100 years! I had a dental emergency when traveling to Florida on December 31. Yes, New Year's Eve. I had no confidence whatsoever that I'd find a dentist to see me the next day, on Jan 1. But Dr. Menendez not only met me at his office, but he fixed my problem with excellence and could NOT have been more gracious. He was friendly, didn't make me feel like I'd inconvenienced him, and was a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly is that I felt not one moment of pain during the entire repair, even when I got a Novicaine shot in my gums. If I lived in the area, Dr. Menendez would be my dentist with no doubt at all.

after going to another dentist and getting a quote of $1,000 for a deep cleaning I decided to look elsewhere, I remendered Dr. Tony Menendez. Everyone is his office are so professional, got an appointment within a week, he discussed with me what he needed to do and gave me a very reasonable price, within 3 days I was back, he was so professional and made sure I was comfortable and within 1 hour I was done. I had a very positive experience at the dental office of Dr. Tony Menendez.. First and foremost, I was able to secure an appointment within 24 hours of an emergency. My front teeth, which are all on a single bridge, came out. My first interaction with Dr. Menendez office was with Tammy. I explained my situation, Tammy expressed genuine concern and compassion. She then scheduled an appointment for me for the morning of the very next day. BTW I was not an established patient of Dr. Menendez; my dentist was unable to “fit” me in.. At my appointed time I was greeted by another staff member, Tara. She was pleasent, welcoming, and expressed just as much concern for my situation as Tammy. An amazingly, positive, caring staff. Dr. Menendez listened carefully to my history and explanation of what occurred. He expressed the challenges in restoring this bridge, assured me he was up for the challenge and would do what was necessary to complete the procedure. Which he did, patiently, explaining step by step. Constantly checking on my comfort. My bridge was restored, fitted securely and painlessly. This Dental Office exceeded my expectations in a comfortable, caring atmosphere.

Dr. Tony Menendez MAGD is the ONLY dentist who understands my extreme underbite and problems I have. Thusfar, he has given me treatment for a night guard, root canal, and tooth extraction. The experience for the root canal went well. He took excellent care of me and has made my fear of dentistry go way down in successive procedures. The prognosis for jaw realignment to correct my bite and airway constriction are looking good for Jan 2020. I am grateful and hopeful. -Steve Silk

First time patient of Dr Menendez. Now will be a patient for life. I’ve never had good experiences with my teeth and dentist. I was lil nervous and anxious but that didn’t last long. Dr Menendez’s assistant started with the X-ray and explained the procedure to me as she went along. When Dr Menendez came in he explained the procedure step by step to me as he was numbing the area, which was nice cause I did not even realize he had a needle in my mouth, so the shots were absolutely painless. Dr Menendez took a great deal of care extracting the teeth and putting sutures in. Dr Menendez and staff is the most caring medical office you will ever walk into and best part you’ll walk out and still have your kid’s college funds. Can’t say enough about this man. Dr Menendez has been my dentist for 21 years. My whole family goes to him. He makes you feel very comfortable and puts you right as ease. He listens to what you have to say and he explains fully the procedure he is going to do. He answers any questions you might have. He takes his time and makes sure you are ok. I was fortunate enough to have my dad as my dentist for the past thirty years. So, when he recently retired, I was more than a bit anxious to find a new one. Never did I imagine to feel as instantly comfortable and confident with a new dentist. Not only is Dr Menendez impressively technically skilled, but also exceptionally brilliant, personable, and thorough. He and his staff always take the time to explain everything before, during, and after an appointment. Simply put, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Menendez and his staff.

I've been going to Dr. Menendez since I was a child. After completing my orthodontics, I needed all restorations and was very impressed with how well they looked. I give him props for how much dedication he puts into his work and collaboration with his patients

Tony has been my only dentist for 20 years and he has given me the most personal and caring service a patient and friend could expect. I would tell anyone needing dental care to visit Tony and you will feel comfortable on the first visit. Based on Tony's education and experience in his field, he is the dentist to the dentists. APPARANTLY A NEGATIVE REVIEW WAS POSTED AGAINST DR TONY SEVERAL YEARS AGO;IT APPEARS SOMEONE WROTE A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND THAT IT WAS REFLECTED TO ME;I CAN ASSURE YOU AFTER 25 YEARS OF HIM TREATING ME I CAN ONLY TELL YOU HE IS BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO;I ALSO CONSIDER HIM A FRIEND AFTER SUCH A LONG RELATIONSHIP

Dr Menedez was beyond wonderful! I had a rather uncomfortable situation and he and his staff handled the situation with care and respect! They walked me through the entire process, and was able to understand all work that was done 100%. Going back next week for a cleaning and any future work. Also will be telling any friends and family, that his office is the only dentist I will visit from now on. I want to personally thank them for the outstanding work done! Beyond 5 stars!

Dr. Menendez pulled two of my teeth a couple years ago and I've never forgotten what a great job he did. He was very aware of my anxieties and helped me through. The thing I remember the most is that he did the whole thing while I was awake and it was painless. In my opinion he is very very skilled.
